Contracts of Employment – August 2017 Blog
For our clients with employees, the most important document you should have is a Contract of Employment.
It should clearly state the obligations of both you as the employer and your member of staff.
Contracts are there to protect both parties and to give a clear and accurate guide of what is expected of both sides.
If you have no contract then a lot of things can be left open to interpretation and that can lead to trouble.
We strongly recommend that you have Contracts with all employees.
